1.1. The company
Topack - Indústria de Plásticos, S.A., hereinafter referred to as Topack, is a product brand of the commercial company named "Topack", with NUIT 400009902 and registered office at Avenida do Trabalho No. 826, Maputo - Mozambique.
1.2. Topack Services and Products
Topack is a group of companies dedicated to the processing of plastic materials, operating exclusively in the markets of Portuguese-speaking countries.
In addition to this unit, the Group has two further industrial units in Angola (Topack Angola - Indústria de Plásticos, Lda and Topack Embalagens - Plástico e Metal, Lda) and is also involved in joint ventures in Latin America and Europe.
The certification process of the Topack Integrated Quality and Environment Management System, in accordance with the NP EN ISO 9001 2000 standards, was completed in 2008.
Topack has implemented efforts and a work management methodology based on the highest professionalism.
Following this approach, Topack once again shows that the services it provides translate into effectiveness and quality. The Integrated Management System underlines our concern with achieving the satisfaction of our customers.
We also have an in-house laboratory where we test the quality of our products.
The group operates in four distinct areas:
- Injection
- Film Extrusion
- Blow moulding
- PET
Through the Topack website, users can view the company's commercial products. The website has no purchasing process. All commercial contact is made subsequently on a personal basis.
2. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION POLICY
On this page we aim to inform our customers and users of the general rules for the processing of personal data, which data is collected and how it is processed by Topack. Topack undertakes to manage the personal data of its customers and users in strict compliance with the personal data protection legislation in force at any given time, in particular Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 ("GDPR").
This Data Protection Policy applies exclusively to the collection and processing of personal data on the Topack Mozambique, Angola and South Africa websites, for which Topack is responsible for proper processing and protection, with regard to the services and products made available to its customers/users.

All this data is collected through the website and entered by the user. Topack does not collect any personal data without the user's authorisation and consent.

Topack is solely responsible for the personal data collected on its websites.
3.5. How long is the data kept?
Topack will keep the personal data of its users/customers for as long as their newsletter subscription remains active or until users request otherwise.
3.6. How can you delete your data from our database?
At any time the user may delete their data from the Topack database; to do so, simply send an e-mail to topack@topack.net .
4. TOPACK NEWSLETTER
4.1. Content
The Topack newsletter will share with users news and information about Topack services and products, as well as news about the sector.
4.2. Newsletter Subscription
Subscription to the Topack newsletter is made through an e-mail field on the Topack website. After the field is filled in, a confirmation e-mail is sent to the user.
The newsletter is sent to users by e-mail.
4.3. Unsubscribing
At any time the user may unsubscribe from the Topack newsletter. To do so, simply click the link "If you no longer wish to receive this Newsletter
